Arboriculture Supervisor

Job Title: Arboriculture Supervisor - S.P. Landscapes & Tree Contractors Ltd

Location: Red Lodge, IP28 8TD (between Bury St Edmunds and Cambridge)

Estimated Salary Range: £37,500 to £42,500 per annum, dependent on experience.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive benefits package including 28 days annual leave, increasing by one day every two years up to a maximum of 33 days after ten years' service, pension scheme, company clothing and PPE provided, and overtime paid at 1.5 times the agreed hourly rate.

We are seeking an experienced Arboriculture Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing tree care operations, ensuring high-quality work, and promoting safe working practices.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage tree care teams in the field
• Conduct risk assessments and develop safety procedures
• Maintain accurate records of work completed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

• Degree in Forestry, Arboriculture, or related field
• Minimum five years' experience in tree care management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
