Mundipharma is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Data Manager to lead the strategy and management of all systems and data within the regulatory affairs function. The successful candidate will be accountable for the oversight of the regulatory information management system (RIM) and regulatory submission management and publishing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of RIM System: Ensure the RIM system is fit for purpose, managing routine maintenance and system validation in collaboration with the Mundipharma IT team.
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction for the regulatory systems, ensuring they align with business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Data Management: Oversee the management of regulatory data, including its quality, integrity, and security.
  • Team Management: Lead the external regulatory systems support team and submission management and publishing teams.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and a high level of self-motivation. They should also have experience in regulatory operations, data, and system management.
