Wayman Education is seeking an exceptional Music Teacher to inspire students at a remarkable school in South London. As a passionate and experienced Music Educator, you will have the opportunity to nurture musical talent and foster a love for the arts.

About the Role

The school, recognized for its academic excellence and commitment to music education, provides an ideal setting for you to share your expertise and passion. You will be responsible for developing and delivering a challenging and engaging music curriculum, working closely with students to develop their musical skills, and assessing student progress and providing feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a music curriculum that meets the needs of students
  • Work with students to develop their musical skills and confidence
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Music or equivalent, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, and 3+ years of experience teaching music. You will also have a strong understanding of music theory and performance, and be highly motivated and enthusiastic.

Salary

The salary for this role is MPS/UPS salary (M1 salary to UPS3).
