Executive Chef

At Brewhouse & Kitchen Careers, we are seeking a talented Executive Chef to join our team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced chef to take on a leadership position in our kitchens.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring that our menus are of the highest quality and that our kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including access to our award-winning learning and development programs and a cycle to work scheme.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement high-quality menus that meet the needs of our customers
• Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A passion for food and hospitality
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
