Join Our Team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Oncology

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Oncology team at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare. As a CNS, you will play a vital role in providing specialist holistic support to Oncology patients, working closely with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of patients, providing evidence-based holistic care and expert nursing advice and support to other health professionals.
  • Work autonomously and confidently, attending events to promote our services and collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve better patient outcomes.
  • Display a high level of care and empathy, helping patients achieve their goals and regain their independence.
  • Be well-organised and comfortable managing your own workload and itinerary, with basic IT skills and a full UK driving licence.
Requirements
  • Valid NMC PIN and either a formal Oncology qualification, SACT passport, or in-house Oncology training to administer SACT.
  • Experience in Cancer nursing, with a strong understanding of Oncology care and treatment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic IT skills and a full UK driving licence.
