About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Ripple Education. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of children in primary schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to teachers and children in the classroom
  • Assist with lesson planning and implementation
  • Support children with their learning and development
  • Contribute to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to achieve educational goals
Requirements
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Minimum of 2 references
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant / Level 6 Qualification - Degree
  • Experience working in a primary school
