Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Secretarial Assistant to join our team in Epsom or London office.

The successful candidate will assist in providing a full secretariat service to the Group and its overseas subsidiaries.

About the Role

  • Manage subsidiary, branch, and entity management/compliance, including incorporation/registration of new entities, deregistration/liquidation of existing entities, and statutory documentation/files.
  • Prepare Powers of Attorney and assist with document and contract execution requests.
  • Support the M&A Team on merger & acquisition and divestiture/reorganisation and project support.
  • Assist the team with review of UK subsidiary accounts.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in company secretarial services, ideally within an international corporate secretariat team.
  • Technical skills in entity management platforms/database and Microsoft Office.
  • Good organisational and administrative skills, with excellent communication skills and ability to prioritise workload.
