About the Role

We're seeking a talented Photographer to join our Creative Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for capturing high-quality imagery for our ecommerce platform and printed assets.

You'll work closely with our Art Director and stakeholders to develop new creative concepts and ensure our imagery stays ahead of the competition.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the photography for ecommerce imagery and create ad hoc marketing assets
  • Photograph all brand imagery in line with our brand requirements, using multiple lighting setups for various brands and categories
  • Brief all photographic freelancers
  • Follow studio shoot schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and images are formatted and delivered as required
  • Create shoot guidelines and continuously improve them in line with agreed business standards
  • Assist retouchers in maintaining colour consistency and standards within the studio
  • Effectively use all photographic and IT equipment, props, and supplies on set
  • Highlight any photography issues or development areas to the management team
  • Problem solve any technical issues that may develop on set
  • Work with the Art Director and stakeholders to develop new creative concepts

Your Requirements

  • Previous experience working in-house for a commercial fashion brand
  • A strong model and still life photography portfolio that demonstrates expertise in applied techniques and digital studio photography
  • Previous experience interpreting client briefs and following brand guidelines
  • Confident in continuously coming up with new and exciting lighting setups
  • Proven track record of working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a creative team
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience with Digital SLRs, ideally Canon, and a thorough technical understanding of lighting equipment
  • Proficient in Capture One, Photoshop, and other Adobe Software
  • Strong understanding of image colour correction and retouching
  • Positive attitude and responsive to change
  • Critically appraise own work and take on board feedback from others
  • Mac and PC literate, with good MS Office skills
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with others to create elevated imagery
