Are you a skilled systems engineer looking to take your career to the next level? We're seeking a Senior Systems Engineering Consultant to join our team in Aerospace, Defence, Security and Technology. As a key member of our team, you'll work with clients to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges using Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultancy to client project and engineering managers on MBSE approaches and tools.
  • Lead the implementation of best practice techniques and tools on client and internal projects.
  • Champion a MBSE approach to solving client issues and develop strategies to achieve successful client decision milestones.
  • Deliver high-quality engineering outputs within time, cost, and quality constraints as part of an engineering service to a client.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and contribute to the development of our people through mentoring and coaching.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in MBSE approaches and tools, including Sparx EA and Cameo.
  • Knowledge of modelling and architecture frameworks, such as UML/SysML, ArchiMate, TOGAF, and MODAF.
  • Requirements engineering and its link to verification and validation.
  • Experience working on the integration of complex systems, including military and civilian platforms.
  • Applying systems engineering processes across the lifecycle, including ISO 15288:2023.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
