About the Role

We are excited to offer an entry-level Solutions Consultant position where you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales and Customer Success initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with customers throughout the pre-sales cycle to discover and enhance their business operations and customer experience journeys.

  • Prepare resources for client demos, deliver engaging product presentations, and respond to inquiries from customers as well as our sales and customer success teams.
  • Develop a strong grasp of client objectives to recommend the most suitable Feefo products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a commitment to maintaining high standards of work, ability to work comfortably under deadlines, and proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Additionally, they will possess an approachable and personable demeanour, confident and effective communicator, and quick to understand the full functionality of the Feefo platform and its market relevance.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice to clients on how to leverage Feefo's solutions to improve their customer experience.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customized solutions for clients.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and 25 days annual leave. Our offices are located in London, Petersfield, Boston, and Melbourne, and we offer a hybrid working pattern (Monday & Fridays at home, Tuesday - Thursday in office).
