**Job Description:**

  • Provide personalized purchasing experiences for customers
  • Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, ensuring high standards of merchandising and visual displays
  • Manage stock levels and inventory control systems
  • Achieve sales targets, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to drive sales growth

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailed knowledge of our brand, products, and collections
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Awareness of fashion trends and aesthetics

**Salary:** £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for career development.
