About the Role:

As a Children's Residential Support Worker with TRCGroup, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to young people in a residential setting. This is a rewarding career opportunity for those who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day care and support to young people, including attending appointments, education, cleaning, cooking, and engaging in activities.
Ensure consistent care within a safe environment to encourage children and young people to develop and grow.
Encourage young people to make positive choices in their life and benchmark these positive milestones.
Complete daily paperwork to a high standard and liaise with the professional network around the child, including Social Workers, Police, Mental health services, and youth offending team.
Create positive relationships with the children, meeting their needs and always safeguarding them.
Work with the Registered Manager to provide the highest standards of care and supervision, ensuring sensitivity, dignity, and respect towards children and staff.

Requirements:

All applicants will be subject to a satisfactory probation period.
Applicants must have a full UK driving licence.
Applicants should hold or be willing to work towards QCF Level 3/4 in Children's Health & Social Care.
