Job Summary

We are recruiting for a highly skilled Quantitative Construction Manager to join our building team in Waterford.

About the Role
  • Liaise with Commercial Manager and Contracts Manager when dealing with internal stakeholders and client's representatives while on site including attendance at meetings
  • Negotiate subcontractors' prices and terms, ensuring effective project delivery.
  • Prepare and review monthly cost reports, identifying areas for cost savings.
  • Ensure timely drafting of commercial/contractual correspondence, resolving disputes efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management
  • Proven extensive experience in Senior Quantity Surveyor role on construction projects
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and working on site.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
