Job Title: Water Production Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Water Production Supervisor to join our team at the Shalford Water Production site in Surrey. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of safe, clean, and palatable water for our customers across South-West Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control water treatment processes using Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) software.
  • Carry out sampling and related analysis to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
  • Manual fault finding, intervention, and emergency response to maintain the treatment process or customer supply.
  • Maintain documented records and shift logs.
  • Take responsibility for your health and safety, highlight any potential issues, contribute to risk assessments, and take action to make the area safe where possible.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a process and/or manufacturing environment in a control and quality assurance role.
  • Competent to use company IT systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK driving licence as you will need to travel in a company vehicle to various operational sites.

  • Salary from £35,000 per annum depending on previous experience.
