Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Field Water Technician to join our team at Hydro International Limited.

The role involves visiting various sites, primarily undertaking field measurements of water quantity (flow), depth, quality, rainfall, etc.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for working outdoors in all weather conditions and be comfortable working in water with strong swimming skills.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have confidence in working at heights, using ladders, and ease in working within confined spaces.

A valid UK driving license with a satisfactory driving history is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visiting various sites to undertake field measurements of water quantity (flow), depth, quality, rainfall, etc.
  • Working outdoors in all weather conditions and being comfortable in water with strong swimming skills.
  • Confidence in working at heights and using ladders safely.
Requirements
  • Possessing essential skills such as good computer literacy, valid UK driving license, and awareness of potential risks and safety protocols.
  • Demonstrating a strong passion for the water and environment sector.
  • Holding GCSE qualifications or their equivalent in Geography, Maths, and English, or a background in an environmental-related discipline.
