About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon PPC Manager to join our team at 3Search. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention across UK and EU markets through Amazon Search and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize product listings with engaging digital assets to enhance brand visibility.
  • Execute performance marketing strategies across Amazon Search, Google Ads, and other channels to drive traffic and sales.
  • Develop and implement paid media campaigns across multiple channels, improving acquisition, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product creation, content optimization, and customer engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics, optimize budgets, and ensure high ROI, maximizing Cost per Acquisition and Customer Lifetime Value.
Requirements
  • Fantastic Amazon PPC experience and great understanding of organic advertising and listing optimization.
  • Proven track record using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Results-driven, with strong analytical and Excel skills for campaign planning and reporting.
  • Experience with Amazon AMS, Google Ads, and display advertising.
