Job Description:

The Academy Training Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of training courses within the Nuclear Skills Alliance. This involves managing administrative activities, supporting Training Instructors, and maintaining shared mailboxes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Course Management: Support the creation and maintenance of all Nuclear Operations training courses delivered within the scope of the Nuclear Skills Alliance.
  2. Event Planning: Create and maintain all training events delivered by the NSA for Nuclear Operations.
  3. Enrolment and Communication: Monitor enrolment bookings and provide instructions for course attendees regarding the training they are due to attend.
  4. Administrative Support: Manage the NSA Administrator mailbox and deal with all ad hoc queries as they are received.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • IT Skills: Strong IT skills including standard applications such as SharePoint, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • LMS Experience: Experience of using a Learning Management System is beneficial.
  • Organisation: Able to prioritise and work under own volition as well as respond to requests from individuals they support and as the business requires.
