Strategic Land Acquisition Specialist

Caralex Recruitment Limited is partnering with a national plc housebuilder to identify and acquire strategic greenfield land in Somerset, Gloucestershire, and Wiltshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, appraising, and purchasing land options, with the goal of obtaining planning permission and handing over the land to an operating division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with landowners and stakeholders
- Manage the land acquisition process from initial identification to completion
- Collaborate with the operating division to ensure a smooth handover of acquired land
Requirements:
- Proven experience in land acquisition or a related field
- Strong understanding of the planning process and land development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
