Netflix is revolutionizing the entertainment industry, and we're seeking a talented Product Development Coordinator to join our Consumer Products EMEA team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving meaningful show awareness and buzz through licensed merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage creative partnerships with softline and softline-adjacent partners, ensuring alignment with Netflix's style guide and branding guidelines.
  • Oversee 3rd party approval processes for these partners, ensuring timely and accurate approvals.
  • Develop an eye for detail and discernment, recognizing incorrect use of Netflix IP and ensuring proper legal attribution on branding and packaging solutions.
  • Utilize time management skills to meet contractual deadlines for approvals at all stages of development.
  • Support partners with onboarding to our online PD tool and provide guidance on asset usage.
  • Lead creative efforts for the POD creative within EMEA, driving innovative and engaging product development.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the EMEA design team, including presentation creation, trend research, and sample management.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in consumer products or retail-related industries.
  • Knowledge of design for consumer products and the licensing landscape.
  • Strong network and contacts across key markets within the EMEA licensing & retail landscape.
  • Knowledge of retail and industry trends.
  • High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and time-manage across multiple deadlines.
  • English with an additional European language is preferred.
