We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Team Lead to support our Manufacturing function in reactive and planned maintenance and ensure high standards are met.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preventative, planned and reactive maintenance
- Identify and highlight potential equipment failures
- Perform maintenance activities safely and in compliance with safety regulations
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and resolve issues to minimize downtime
- Use problem-solving techniques to effect repairs and resume production quickly
- Identify and implement improvements in plant and equipment
Requirements:
- Time-Served Electrical Engineering
- HNC/ ONC/ HND / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- FMCG Engineering Background Preferred
- PLC Fault finding
