About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting others. As a Senior Support Worker, you will work closely with individuals in their own home or within their family environment, providing tailored support to meet their needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support, ensuring that individuals receive the best possible service. You will also be responsible for coordinating and implementing individualized plans, promoting independence and dignity, and maintaining effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centered support to individuals with learning difficulties
  • Assess and identify individual needs, developing personalized support plans
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to relevant regulations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of adult learning disabilities and their associated challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Degree-level qualifications in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology)
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will benefit from:
