About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Business Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Fragrance Specialists to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. As a Business Manager, you will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, exceptional customer relationship management, and the leadership of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Fragrance Specialists to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers
  • Develop and implement strategies for exceptional customer relationship management
  • Ensure the smooth running of the store and alignment of the team on the counter and Brand vision
  • Coach and inspire the team to exceed their KPIs and develop their skills
