Job Title: Primary Phonics Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Phonics Support Specialist to join our team at a forward-thinking primary school in North London. As a Phonics Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting children with their Phonics development throughout EYFS and KS1.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted Phonics interventions to children with varying abilities
  • Support teachers in planning and delivering Phonics lessons
  • Assess and track children's progress in Phonics

Requirements:

  • Good experience of primary schools and Phonics training
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Child or Education-related field
  • Ability to work effectively with children, teachers, and other support staff
