Job Description:

As an Rapid Response Officer (RRO), you will lead by example and operate safely to deliver excellent customer service.



You will ensure all safety, quality, technical, and commercial requirements are met while delivering world-class customer satisfaction.



To achieve this, you will need to:




  • Have a formal qualification in Electrical Engineering;
  • Be familiar with Operational Practice on an LV Distribution network;
  • Be able to promote and engage on safety matters at all levels;
  • Contribute towards a high-performing safety culture within the team.


We also require you to have demonstrable experience of operating on an LV Distribution network and customer service experience.
