College Operations Coordinator

Burton and South Derbyshire College is seeking a skilled and experienced administrator to join their team as a College Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Curriculum Team, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings. You will also be required to communicate effectively with staff and students, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience using digital tools to manage tasks and projects.
This is a part-time position, 20 hours per week, with a salary range of £13,805 - £14,012 per annum. The location is Burton on Trent, Town Centre Campus.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. You will also need to be proactive and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
