About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our specialist team at St Luke's Hospice Plymouth. As a Palliative Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, psychological, and social needs
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet patients' goals and objectives
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers on palliative care and end-of-life issues
