Project Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Supervisor to join our team and oversee construction projects throughout the Yorkshire region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

• Supervise construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Review project plans and schedules to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate and supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Select tools and materials, order, and purchase materials as required.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, reporting any incidents or near-misses.
• Manage the use of construction equipment and machinery, maintaining accurate records of usage and maintenance.
• Resolve problems and implement improvements in construction processes, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency gains.

• Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven work experience in construction management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of construction procedures and material management principles.
• Familiarity with construction and project management software, including SMSTS, 1st Aid, and Black CSCS Card certifications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to problem-solve and think critically.
