Nursery Assistant Position

Academics Ltd is committed to providing high-quality childcare services and is seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Nursery Assistant.

In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the educational and emotional development of children aged 6 months to 5 years.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide exceptional care and support to children during their daily routines, including meal times, sleep times, and playtime
  • To create a safe, healthy, and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development
  • To collaborate with the teaching team to plan and implement engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs of the children
  • To establish strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and harmonious working environment

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A Level 3 qualification in childcare or early years
  • Previous experience working with children is highly desirable
  • Enhanced DBS clearance and registration with the Early Years Register are essential
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is required
