About the Role

We are seeking an experienced clinician to join our team as a Neurology Teaching Fellow. You will work closely with our neurology team to coordinate and provide high-quality clinical undergraduate teaching, while also gaining valuable experience in Neurology as a clinical specialty.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring that high-quality neurology education is provided to undergraduate students, developing educational portfolios, and participating in assessment, feedback, undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, and creating specific learning resources for medical students.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure that high-quality neurology education is provided to undergraduate students, including the development, delivery, and evaluation of teaching programs.
  2. Work closely with the neurology team to develop educational portfolios and participate in assessment, feedback, undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, and creating specific learning resources for medical students.
  3. Contribute to the development and delivery of teaching programs, and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with GMC registration and 24 months general professional training experience at Foundation Year level in general medicine. Previous Neurology experience is desirable.

What We Offer

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, job sharing opportunities, and access to ongoing professional development.
