About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Window Installation Specialist to join our team at G M Windows & Doors Ltd. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing high-quality windows and doors for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Install windows and doors to the highest standards, ensuring a high-quality finish and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure efficient and effective installation processes.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of our vehicles and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A strong background in window installation, with experience working with Aluminium and UPVC products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- A 'Customer First' mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- A full, clean driving licence and the ability to drive company vehicles.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £15 per hour for experienced fitters and £12.50 per hour for fitters' mates, as well as:
- Vehicles and fuel cards provided by the company.
