About the Role

Pacifica, a leading provider of outsourced support and repair services for domestic appliances, is seeking an experienced field-based domestic appliance engineer to join their team.

As a key member of the Pacifica team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with domestic appliances in customers' homes, working collaboratively with regional field service teams to deliver exceptional service.

With a minimum of 2 years' experience in the white goods repair sector, you will possess up-to-date working knowledge of at least 4 of the following: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and cookers.

What You Will Receive

Pacifica offers a competitive salary of £26,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on skill set and experience, plus an uncapped bonus scheme and OTE of up to £50,000 per annum.

Additional benefits include a company van, fuel card, uniform, specialist tools, mobile tablet, and PPE, as well as a company pension scheme, private van use, and up to 33 days annual holiday allowance.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve issues with domestic appliances in customers' homes

Work collaboratively with regional field service teams to deliver exceptional service

Utilize up-to-date working knowledge of domestic appliances to provide efficient and effective repairs

Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in the white goods repair sector

Up-to-date working knowledge of at least 4 of the following: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and cookers

Valid full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points
