Chief Commercial Officer

GVR Solutions is seeking an experienced Facade Commercial Manager to join their rapidly growing facade and curtain walling division in Portsmouth. This opportunity is ideal for a professional with a strong background in commercial management, construction surveying, and facade system contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead estimating, surveying, procurement, and site visit activities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial strategies that align with business objectives.
- Conduct on-site surveys and provide expert advice on commercial matters related to facade systems.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in commercial management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong background in construction surveying and facade system contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive commercial growth and profitability.
