We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated professional to join our critical care team as a Senior Clinical Teaching Fellow. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with consultants, junior medical staff, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Main Duties:
  1. Develop and implement effective treatment plans for critically unwell patients.
  2. Lead ward rounds, presenting patient updates and contributing to clinical decision-making.
  3. Mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and confidence.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, able to work effectively within a close-knit team and collaborate with all medical and paramedical staff. They will also be required to participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives, as well as contribute to the ongoing learning and development of the critical care team.
