Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Support Professional to join our Community Treatment Team in North Cumbria West. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience of working in a clinical setting.

This role involves supporting the delivery of high quality community mental health care and treatment, working closely with the care team to implement and evaluate care plans. The successful candidate will also support the running of treatment clinics and maintain accurate electronic health records.

The salary for this role is £25,000 - £31,528 per annum, which reflects the importance of the role in delivering high quality patient care.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the delivery of care to service users who have a variety of needs, diverse presentations and a range of mental health conditions.
  2. Support the running of treatment clinics, including phlebotomy and physical health checks.
  3. Maintain accurate electronic health records of any treatment interventions completed.
