Job Description: The Financial Controller will oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. A key focus will be on mastering our general ledger and aligning divisional figures on our ERP system (Intact) with the P&L.

Main Responsibilities:
  • General Ledger Management: Maintain and oversee the integrity of the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely entries.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present divisional and consolidated financial reports, ensuring figures on Intact align with the P&L.
  • ERP System Utilization: Utilize the Intact ERP system to streamline financial processes and ensure data accuracy.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, providing detailed variance analysis.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve financial reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards and coordinate with external auditors as required.
