Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a clear understanding of project scope, deliverables, approach, and critical success factors.
- Lead a wide range of projects, including new warehouse and transport operations start-ups.

- Travel frequently to client and operational locations, as well as the Crick head office for project meetings.
