About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead one of the largest sawmill and timber manufacturing operations in the UK and Ireland. As Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Enniskillen Sawmilling site, ensuring reliability and consistency of operation through the development of people, plant, and process.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned leader with a minimum of 5 years' experience in leading Operations teams in a senior leadership role. You should have a proven track record in heavy industry operations and manufacturing, with a strong background in Lean and Continuous Improvement. You will be a champion for the site, ensuring that the business is seen as a positive contributor to the local economy and community.

As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will be a key member of the Leadership Team, working closely with the Head of Operations to achieve the company's strategic and operational targets.
