Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in overseeing the delivery of water and wastewater projects at both engineering and design levels. As the Design Manager, you will lead the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the oversight of the full project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, including sub-contractors.
- Oversee project documentation, including financial budget reports and project reports.
- Liaise with business development and client management staff to identify and pursue business opportunities.
- Travel to project sites and offices to oversee project development.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Clean UK driving license and ability to travel between project sites.
- Demonstrable experience in successful project delivery of water and wastewater projects in the UK.
- Experience in onsite engineering and design engineering.
