Paraplanner Job Description

Heat Recruitment is seeking a skilled Paraplanner to join our team. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning team by providing paraplanning and report-writing assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Prepare detailed client letters and reports, both templated and bespoke, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Review Letters: Write client review letters, including portfolio reviews and drawdown reviews.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with financial planners, fellow paraplanners, and our administration team to facilitate smooth new business processing and address technical client queries.
  • Portfolio Analysis: Conduct portfolio analysis and rebalancing as needed.
  • Research and Due Diligence: Perform fund, product, and provider research and due diligence, including portfolio construction using tools like FE Analytics & Centra.
