About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team in Boroughbridge. As a key member of our Retail Merchandising Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise the Nutmeg clothing range to visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
  • Contribute to the success of our merchandising team by working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, using this insight to inform merchandising decisions.
  • Work independently and use your own initiative to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Utilize your smartphone or tablet to send and receive reports and photos, ensuring seamless communication with the team.
