Director of Financial Performance

Hays Senior Finance, a leading independent accountancy firm based in South Manchester, is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join its strong Corporate Finance team. With a collaborative and dynamic work environment, this firm is committed to supporting its clients through their entire life cycle, whether that's to help acquire, sell, or complete due diligence.
Your new roleAs a Corporate Finance Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a deal from start to completion, with deal values varying but typically around the £10m mark. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading financial analysis and modelling to support strategic decision-making.
- Overseeing financial due diligence and risk assessments.
- Providing strategic financial advice to senior management and clients.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- You must be 1-2 years post qualification (ACA / ACCA).
- Proven experience in corporate finance, in a similar role.
