Senior Business Analyst - Digital Treasury

Space Executive is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Central London. As a key member of our Digital Treasury team, you will play a crucial role in scaling our Digital Treasury product offering.

You will work closely with various stakeholders across the business to develop best-in-class banking products, collaborating with the Product Owner on the entire product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Product Director and Digital Treasury Product Owner to drive product development.
  • Work with cross-functional delivery teams to manage and visualize outcomes, as well as scope and prioritize work.
  • Identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods to use to enable the delivery of effective solutions and outcomes.
  • Select and use the most appropriate tools and techniques to support the planning, analysis, development, testing, implementation, and improvement of systems and services within a project.
  • Investigate, analyze, and communicate complex business problems and opportunities.
  • Document conceptual models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Define and document functional and non-functional requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst in a Fintech/Payments/Banking environment, working with Agile methodologies and the end-to-end development of products.
  • Must have experience with managing and implementing digital treasury solutions, including Treasury Management Systems (TMS), cash management tools, and liquidity management platforms.
  • A strong technical understanding of APIs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders toward business goals.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using various business analysis tools and techniques to elicit, document, and manage requirements effectively.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and optimize business outcomes.

This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be in the office three days a week (Tues-Thurs) in Central London.
