Faculty is a rapidly growing organisation dedicated to leveraging machine learning to drive business impact. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI solutions.

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for building software and infrastructure that leverages machine learning, creating reusable tools to enable better delivery of ML systems, and working with data scientists and engineers to develop best practices and new technologies. You will also be expected to implement Faculty's view on operationalising ML software and providing technical expertise to our customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the full machine learning lifecycle, including deploying trained models developed using common frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. You will also have experience with cloud architecture, security, deployment, and open-source tools, as well as demonstrable experience with containers and Docker/Kubernetes.

The estimated salary for this role is £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
