Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Optometrists to join our team on a full or part-time basis. You will play a vital role in providing comprehensive eye examinations and assessments to elderly and vulnerable patients within South East London.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough clinical eye examinations, including visual acuity testing, refraction, and assessment of ocular health.
- Provide personalized care and support to patients, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Collaborate with experienced Optical Assistants or Qualified Dispensing Opticians to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Registered Optometrist with a valid license to practice in the UK.
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of ophthalmic procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- A patient-centered approach and commitment to providing high-quality care.
