About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Parcel Delivery Driver to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering parcels to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Use route-planning technology tools to optimize delivery routes and ensure parcels are delivered to the right place at the right time
  • Prep your van and workload for the day to ensure a smooth delivery process
  • Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
Requirements
  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 25kg
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays
