Role Summary

We are seeking a Corporate Counsel to join our dynamic team at Concordium, a science-based proof-of-stake blockchain company. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the legal framework for our growing blockchain leader.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a qualified solicitor with 5-7+ years PQE in corporate/commercial law to leverage their expertise in blockchain, cryptocurrency, fintech, or the technology sector.

About Concordium

Salary Range:$200,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (commercial, vendor, and partnership agreements).
  • Provide legal expertise for corporate restructuring, partnerships, and strategic negotiations.
  • Oversee corporate governance and compliance across jurisdictions, including the UK, EU, and Switzerland.
  • Ensure compliance with cryptocurrency regulations, including MiCA.
  • Monitor and advise on regulatory developments impacting blockchain and cryptocurrency.
  • Coordinate with external counsel on litigation and complex legal matters.
  • Develop compliance programs and internal policies to maintain regulatory standards.
