Surgical Ward Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our day case surgical ward at the Hospital of St Johns and St Elizabeth. Our 19-bedded ward provides care to a variety of surgical specialties, including spinal injections, minor orthopaedic, ophthalmic, ENT, vascular, minor urology, gynaecology, and plastics/cosmetic surgery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Contribute to the development and implementation of ward policies and procedures
- Registered Nurse with current registration and a valid NMC PIN
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a surgical ward setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
