Job Overview:

The Enforcement Agent - Court Order Executor plays a critical role in our company's operations, executing Court orders to obtain payments from debtors. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to travel to various locations within the local area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute Court orders by requesting payment in full (PIF) or agreeing an affordable repayment arrangement with debtors.
  • Identify and assess financial circumstances, capturing key income details and confidentially making enquiries with neighbours if debtors have moved or left a property.
  • Liaise with office-based colleagues regarding active cases, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee payments received, handling cash transactions and compiling reports as necessary.
  • Taking control of goods where required, removing them when necessary.
