About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Bannatyne Health Club in Stratford-upon-Avon. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our health club facilities.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a cleaning or domestic role and be able to work effectively under pressure. You will be expected to positively interact with colleagues and members, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the health club, including changing rooms, toilets, and shower areas
  • Working with cleaning equipment and chemicals to ensure a high standard of cleanliness
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to member queries and concerns
  • Working collaboratively with the facilities team to ensure seamless delivery of services
