About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Domestic Services Assistant to join our team at Belong Limited.

This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment, providing domestic services to customers. As a key member of the housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort within all village facilities and households.

Salary: £12.00 per hour.

This part-time role involves working 15 hours per week. We welcome applications from eligible applicants who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, a professional manner, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality domestic services that meet the needs of customers, upholding the core values of Belong Limited.
  • Assist the Head Housekeeper/Front of House Manager in ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of customers, team members, and visitors.
  • Provide responsive support to individual customers, enabling them to maintain their household accommodation.
  • Collaborate with the team to respond to requests for assistance with housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and laundry.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated qualities that align with Belong Limited's vision and values.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and complete them to the required standard in a timely manner.
  • Awareness of Health and Safety requirements and the ability to follow product safety advice sheets and procedures.
  • Reliable and able to fulfill contracted hours and work patterns.
  • Diploma/NVQ 2 in Cleaning & Building Interiors or equivalent (Essential).
  • Experience of previous commercial or domestic cleaning.
